Hunkovce
The Tserkva of the Mother of God was built at the end of 18th
century. It is a three-section rustic building on low stone retaining wall. A
separate tower is connected to the building through the roof. The tower and
stepped domes over the sanctuary are terminated with pashes and bulbous domes
with ornamented crosses. The entire edifice is vertically slatted. The pashes
and all the roof are covered by shingles. The iconostas and other interior
decoration is absent.
The church is not functioning.
